Must have been a Texas heart shot on that deer. Good shots there is no heart left. Lol

Looks great and makes me hungry but I never eat breakfast.

My grandmother always made a sauerbraten type stew with beef heart, and I've made it many times with all kinds of game and domestic meats, but never tried a fried or grilled version. So all you do is cut the cleaned heart into strips and fry or saute them?

That's pretty much what I do. Might bread them a bit. But usually just straight into grease/butter.
