almonds, jerky as long as there is no sugar, pork rinds, cheese, sausage, sugar free jello with whipped cream with splenda if you get a desert craving

Murrey sugar free cookies ain’t bad not sure about the carbs I just know eating right sucks big time!

I have several low carb snacks & desserts that I make. There are quite a few that are pretty simple to make, You can melt 1/2 of a Bakers 100 % Cacao bar, 3 scant Table
spoons of Splenda and a 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans or peanuts and put on a piece of parchment paper in the freezer till set up. Fast, easy and low carb. A serving is half of the patty.

The reason to go no carb is an elimination diet. 100 days or so and then add in one carb food at a time and see how it effects you. No junk carbs...

My wife makes low card deserts all the time. Shredded coconut with dark chocolate covering and almonds on top.

Well, I suck at this....

Go to the wal mart pharmacy and look around, several adkins snacks, peanut butter bars pretty good but so are several others, i carry those in the truck now instead of my old diet of snickers and reese cups but heck they even make a sugar free reece cup now too.

If you can handle the cost, Bryers sugar free ice cream. Vanilla or Chocolate. Add some sugar free chocolate chips, some nuts and if you would rather have a shake, some half and half and you are set.

Just remember, sugar free is not necessarily carb free.

Cheese.

Whipped cream… it’s an affliction.

Another pork chop, or another half pound of bacon works great for me.You need to change your life style, not try to fool yourself with fake sweets.

I make low carb cheesecake. Start with a layer coconut flour and melted butter in a regular bowl, press it in for a crust. Then in another bowl warm a half a block of cream cheese, add one egg,a spoon full of erythritol, a splash of Vanila extract and a pinch of cinnamon.

Mix it up and dump it in the bowl with the crust and microwave for four minutes. Cool and add blueberries and whipped cream (not cool whip) Its awesome.

I also make my own chocolate with coco butter and coco powder and powdered erythritol. Add powdered milk for milk chocolate.

Just boil it over a double boiler and pour into silicone molds with almonds at the bottom. Cool and pop out low carb candy bars.

Those fake sweeteners are worse than real sugar.

Well not really. Sugar is pretty bad and kills millions of Americans. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol found naturally in many foods. Its produced from corn. Not many people died from it that I know of.
Probably saved many lives.

Agreed it helps people remove sugar from their diet and that is a positive but none of the sugar free sweeteners are in any way good for your body whether it’s occurs natural or not
