Well with all the keto, carnivore diet talk I thought I would post this one. Not on keto myself but eat these regularly.
What the heck is a chaffle. Well its one egg and half a cup of shredded cheese mixed. Then cooked using a waffle maker, I use a mini one currently. Makes 2 chaffles. Heres tonights supper. Havent used them as hamburger buns yet but will at some time.

yup tried them they are good , a little sour cream and some chives or seasoning and you can go savory with them very easily

I'm not one to try any of these diet fads but cheese and egg sounds good to me.
