I just dropped a nice beef roast in the crockpot with carrots and onions. Will make mashed taters and gravy when it's done cookin'.

about to put a big pork butt in the pressure cooker. same vegetables as you have are going in the crock pot to do the slow cook.

I'll have some good eats for work next run. Easy supper freezer to oven 45 minutes and done. Hate having to cook a meal after a 16 hour day. And I like leftovers for lunch.

Good morning lugnut we use lean ground beef, shredded onions, carrots, celery, potatoes and whatever else the wife adds. Simmer with water so that you are able to make a gravy mix of it not to thin. I was going to try and mix some cream corn in with a few pies but didn't get a chance yesterday. [Linked Image]

Lugnut we use lean ground beef for the meat. You can use anything you like I think and add more veggies if you want to
