I made beans yesterday but wasn't happy with the taste. Double Baked.

Looks good. I prefer to cook mine on the smoker.

Thanks fellas. Those what our local store calls loin back ribs. Basically baby backs with a little of the loin left on them. I prefer them cut into individual ribs to get more smoke flavor on all sides. In that picture they had about 10 min to go to get the sauce/glaze browned a little and real sticky. I can get 8 racks on my smoker cut that way, good to feed a crowd.

Is that a pit boss by any chance ?

Love that enameled roasting pan. i believe every old dutch woman around here has at least one identical to that.

I think every house here has one or two or three of those roasting pans lol.

I don’t think I’ve ever had baked beans like that. Always straight out of the can.

You need to try some real baked beans. The canned ones are a poor imitation.
