I made a 1/2 pound jalapeno cheddar venison burger smothered with sauteed mushrooms, onion and red bell pepper plus a salad on a paper plate. {Rhonda is currently in Ohio, and its one less dish for me to wash) It sure was yummy. What'd ya'll have?

Just got our hog back from the butcher, so was sweet Italian sausage in the crockpot, smothered in our homemade red sauce.

Breakfast for dinner. Eggs , bacon, sausage, French toast .

To be honest I made 11 burgers yesterday and I’m on day two of eating them.

Beef stew and biscuits here. The stew was leftover pot roast that'd been in the freezer awhile, mixed with some leftover beef and barley soup that was floating around the freezer. It was pretty dang good. Trying to make freezer space for beef coming next week.
