It seems like ever 15 years they try to reintroduce the 10MM but it hasn’t really caught on yet.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

I've got a glock 20 that I've had for a long time. I actually finished off a wounded deer for a buddy last weekend. I would have no problem hunting with it. In fact I've successfully taken deer with much less capable cartridges.
I love the.calibur even though I don't shoot it much. I do have other glocks that I shoot in competition so switching over isn't a big deal.

A10mm was my etc for a while. Now it lives in the truck and I carry a 357 SIG that sometimes identifies as a 10mm short ( 40 S&W ) . I may have to carry it during deer season when working on my property for a target of opportunity kind of thing.

I have a Glock 40 with a red dot. I've killed 3 deer with it. No problems, longest shot 45 yards. I like it for hunting or to carry if going to bear country. I'm not a fan of it for taking to the Sunday shoot around. Recoil is manageable, but not a oh let's go shoot a hundred rounds for fun. I haven't had trouble finding ammo for the last year. I did have trouble in 2020 but found some. Glocks won't stabilize the 220 grain bullets with the factory barrel.

Had a friend kill a bear with his last year. I’ve shot it and really like it. Eric

I'd say more like cult status with it's own fan base. Mostly hog hunters and those pipe dreaming of going to Alaska.

This post has given me incentive to try this next week with my Kimber. Picked up some 200 grain Federal Fusion this afternoon to feed it.

Funny, I've got two firearms in the 10mm caliber, a sig P220 and a CMMG banshee both I enjoy shooting and it has nothing to do with being a fan boy or some exocytic pipe dream of fending of some grizzly.. careful putting everybody in a box.

I was brought up with the metric system. So 10mm just makes sense to me LOL
I can tell you that those 180 grain XTP's disappear almost as fast as them 10mm sockets and the former have about twice the horsepower of a 45 APC in the same frame size pistol. It just makes sense to me
