Heritage Rough Rider 22 pistol worst gun I have ever owned. I know some of you guys like them and maybe I just got a bad one but it's not even accurate enough to use as a dispatch pistol. The bullets hit sideways on paper at 20 foot unless I'm shooting pretty high velocity ammo. When I have recovered bullet one end of the tail of the bullet is always a bit flattened. I had one of those too. I sold it very soon after buying it. Mine worked fine but I hated it for it's weight and slow loading.

[quote Dad bought me and my brother both the rem 870 20 youths. My brothers couldnt throw a slug worth a darn, loved to throw scopes though. Never had an issue with mine though, still use it today for squirrels.[/quote
I sold the one that wouldn't shoot. We have a newer one that my wife uses. It shoots just fine. You took one of the biggest POS guns you have ever owned, and then bought one just like it for your wife? You do know that she is the one that is going to pick your nursing home right?
I have nothing clever to put here.

I owned a Remington M7600 I had no use for. I loved the cartridge--.35 Whelen--but hated the gun.
I probably expected too much accuracy from a pump rifle. You set the forestock on a bag, and the gun wobbles as you try to draw a bead. I could shoot it better offhand.
The length of pull was too long for me, the first time I've encountered this on a factory rifle.

Yeah that Marlin 60 22 would drive you to learn bad words. It has its defenders, but they'll never convince me. I have a couple Mod 60 Marlins. They both out shoot the six Ruger 10/22 I have. The tricks with a Mod 60 is having the ability to properly clean the action, and use quality non waxed ammo. I only squirrel hunt with the Mod 60.

Rem 742 in 243 Win. It didn't jam on me, but after moving target close enough to sight it in, it was struggling to reliably hit a paper plate at 25 yards. It went back and was swapped for a Rem 700 in 6mm Rem. Still have that one.

Remington came out with a cheap “Sportsman” 12 ga auto back in the 70s a Walmart special type gun inexpensive compared to their other models. A couple guys bought them thinking they were a bargain but the the things fell apart on them. The vented ribs came off and other parts along with the ribs just total junk.

H&R 12 gauge single shot....sucker would open by itself after a shot....completely worn out and kicked like a mule. I got it in a trade .....hmmmm I had that problem with paper shells but that was all a guy could get when the H&R 10 ga came out. My buddy shot it and got a good punch in the nose he said he never was hit by a man that hard.

AMT Backup in 45acp, I probably had one of the first made, got it the first year they were available, they were made with no safety so they made them with an extra heavy trigger pull
I could have lived with that but mine was so heavy I couldn’t even pull it with a single finger, my gun guy at the time ran a trigger scale on it and it maxed out way before it went off so he pulled out one of those fishing scales which maxed at 50# and according to it trigger pull was something between 40 and 50#
I traded it to him on a nice model12 and he still has it,he brings it out to show people what a horrible trigger really is
