I’m impressed with the 350. The pictures are from 2.5 year old through both shoulders at probably 120 yards. From last year so I think about 120. Bullet was just under the hide and retained most of its weight. I wouldn’t consider it just a ladies gun either. More enjoyable to shoot and less expensive than a 450.

Thanks for the replies, gents. Being mandated for 16hrs yesterday gave me a chance to do some more research. Looks like the 350 is more than adequate for what we need. I appreciate the advice and recommendations. I will be looking for one soon.

As already stated, the .400 Legend is now commercialized. Just not available yet from all manufacturers. Bigger bullet, 215grs. Only slightly more recoil.

330 it's a cva scout same as the two I posted but in stainless and black. Light, short, and breaks down just pulling the lever on the forend and easly will fit in a pack that way.

My 11 year old uses his again this morning and droped a large doe out in my food plot from a stand on the other side of the woods. Mad a 96 yard shot from field to field through the woods. She was quartering away he hit her liver destroying half of it brok the back 2 ribs went through the back of one lung and the front of the other brok a rib on the other side and stoped just out side the rib cage and did not go into the shoulder. Bullet she'd it's jacket found a piece of it . It she'd a lot of weight also. No exit but no blood shot busted bone and lead pieced in the meat and she droped on the spot.

That's his 5th for the year with that gun and the win 150gr deer load.

The boy could have used the 7mm08 or 243 and has killed several deer with both of them but he chose to use his 350 and it worked just as well once again.
I was hoping my 13 year old would shoot something with his with the 279gr Hornady sp he is sighted in with but since his brother shot that doe on the farm he doesn't want to kill another one here so public ground it would need to be . I don't like public ground during gun seasion and I'm tired of driving places to hunt after several thousand miles this season so it l8kely won't happen this year.

I would like a little heavier bullet for pass through on angering shots but don't want a bullet to hard to expand well at range.

I'm quite happy with the round.
