Got this guy in a DP last night. I use the pull only triggers to reduce the chances of this happening but it’s not skunk proof!

Advice on how to dispatch with minimal spray? Lots of nice white on him and he’s a good size. I’d love to hang it on the wall with my other nice pelts.

Yes nice one. I think skunks have very nice fur.

I love trapping those guys! I think I would rather see one of them in my trap than a nice looking coyote! Now is not the time to figure out how to dispatch them. You should have thought about this way before making any sets as you will have to deal with them sooner or later. Beautiful looking skunk too!


Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Set a couple set two days ago because its getting colder. Yep last they are still out. Had one plug a coyote set. Just to many here.

Pull only triggers doesn't reduce chances of that happening. I set them purposely for skunks at some locations.
