How long it take to get it to 40 lbs?

Turkey was a Mammoth Bronze and was 18 weeks old. Brined it in a Coleman cooler. We have a big oven. Key to really good turkey is to put it back in the cooler after it is removed from the oven and leave it in there for at least 1 hour before carving. Steams itself and makes very moist meat. We had 24 friends and relatives for Thanksgiving and all will be back this afternoon for left overs. Wife's specialty is a cranberry-apple pie. Was consumed so fast I didn't get a picture! Gray fox is eating at the turkey head and guts pile behind my barn. There are so few of them around I am hesitant about snaring him. Eric
Thank you very much!
