Home Depot dewalt is not the same as the professional grade you get at contractor supply stores.

Tons of different grades of Dewalt power tools you need to do some research before you buy. They restrict discounting their products below a set percentage if the store does that they pull the franchise. Dewalt will tell a store how the display should be setup even if the store wanted it another way.

So unless a guy says Pssssst and is selling out of his trunk your going to pay the same price for the same grade of tools, they do have approved battery give aways with a purchase and that’s a good deal.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Last time I took a dewalt tool to get fixed the tool repair guy said Bosch was the best.

I think most brands are pretty decent for home use.

What brand last the longest making a dirt holes for predators? I'm still using the old 19.2 craftsman platform but I don't think it is going to last much longer.

I can't answer that exactly , these guys do really good comparison tests testing manufacturers claims to power
if you made do with a Craftsman you will probably be happy with most of the new options

I've been in construction a long time. The best value is DeWalt, no comparison. Price to durability nothing comes close.

Gotta go with Milwaukee. That's what our company buys and they get misused and abused far beyond how they're intended to be used. Including getting dunked in both wet and dry corn starch, corn gluten, wet feed, being left out in the weather. Can't complain, the keep on running.
