Well boco I can tell you after being on jury in my early 20 the general population including myself at the time would not be who I want deciding my fate.

The man should have walked not becuse he was innocent but becuse the prosecution made a very poor case. But I voted guilty like the rest . Looking back I would hav held out but I was young and dumb. Was the guy running the meth lab at his brother's place where he was living in the garage. I would say 99% sure that would be a yes. But the prosecution in no way put any proof forward that he was involved and not just at the location.

The thug died from the drugs he ate to avoid getting caught with them not from the cops actions. The drugged up thug got the cops called on him then fought the cops took drugs that killed himself with and the cop is in jail becus he was a whit cop involved when a black thug od and it fit the narrative and pushed tha hate agenda and got the useful idiots worked up.

Exactly, a jury properly is fact finder on both the crime AND the law. When judges improperly charge juries without fully explaining that you know the thumb is on the scale.

Sorry, that's not the way it works. The jury's duty is to find the facts and render a verdict by applying the facts to the law, as the judge gives the law to the jury. It's the judge's responsibility to determine the law applicable to the case.

In this case I believe the jury had the verdict decided before the trial even started. If not, they certainly sided with the "mostly peaceful" mob standing outside of the courthouse.

Do you have some secret information relevant to the case?

Or do you only have media reports behind your opinion?

After the trial all jurors names were released, I wonder what would have happened if they would have not convicted? I'm sure that all the paid "protesters" would have just went home. He got thrown under the bus and everyone involved knows it. Floyd had a bad heart and was on fentynal and meth I believe. Basic mob rule and everyone fell inline, or the thugs being paid would have burned the rest of the city to the ground.

It seems like nearly every year I get a jury duty notice.
If you know or are related to anyone who knows what it is like to be a cop or jailer, you are automatically disqualified (by the defense).

If you attack a person and that person dies of a heart attack during the struggle you are guilty of causing his death even if he had a bad heart and was ready to keel over.
The law states you take someone as you find them.
Them being on drugs or have a medical condition etc is irrelevant.

The thing that stands out in my memories of this case is that one of the jurors previous residences was vandalized during the trial. Pretty hard for jurors to not feel intimidation when that occurs.

Well the fine outstanding citizen had the cops called on him then resisted arrest and fought the cops. He was not just leaving church and the cops pulled over and started stomping his head becuse he was black.

Body cam footage that wasn't shown in court. It's shown in the documentary "The Fall of Minneaoplis". Along with autopsy information that wasn't presented in court.

Body cam footage doesn't show that. Floyd resisted and was on drugs at the time. It's was his own acts along with his health that did him in. The police were actually very patient with him. He did it himself out of fear and anxiety perhaps. The tape doesn't lie.

Not always. If you know or are related to a cop involved in the particular case you surely will be. Otherwise they sometimes don't care.

Chauvin is guilty of being a bully. Floyd quit moving long before he took his knee off his neck. I still don't think prison was justice but he had no business with a career in LE.

Did you see the whole encounter. I did. The police were as patient as they could be.

What's really good is the restraint method used was proper police procedure according to the Minneapolis police department. By looking at the autopsy report that showed no trauma to the neck area, it seems to be a proper restraint measure. I guess police working in MN might need to consider that if they follow proper police procedure, they will likely go to prison.

He has no business being in LE? Clearly you have not seen all the video.
