Gary Benson trapper G Joined: Dec 2006 Very SE Nebraska	State of NE reported an 18% lower harvest this year compared to last. The local locker took in 650 whole deer plus what other meat harvesters brought in cut up for special items to be made. Lotta deer around here get roadkilled. I think the state should move those DEER CROSSING signs to safer locations where it wouldn't be so risky for deer to cross. duh!!! Life ain't supposed to be easy.
