With the big meal behind us, we had leftover turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Inspired by Paul Hollyowood from Great British Baking Show, the wife made Chelsea buns. She makes the dough and rolls it out flat. Layer on the sauce, stuffing and gravy. Then it's rolled up and cut into pieces. Pieces are stood on end and baked. Absolutely delicious.

Proofing the yeast to make sure it's still good.

The end result.

Then gravy on top? Looks pretty good.

I didnt, but she did make Julia Child's turkey gravy which would go well with it.

If you can't put gravy, butter, or salt on it (or any combination thereof)...it ain't fit to eat! Lol

I agree 100%! If it would require any more than that, it wasn't very good to start with!
