Aromatics – Preheat your soup pot with olive oil. Saute onions and carrots until golden.

Add Vegetables and Broth - Add celery, canned tomatoes, broth, potatoes, green beans, and bay leaves. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer for 25 minutes.

Finishing Touches – Add corn, sweet peas, green onion, and parsley. Simmer for an additional 5-8 minutes then serve.

Enjoy

did you get left with noting but tag soup ?

I know a lot of people had trouble with how spooked deer were in the dry leaves they just seemed to be running in circles opening weekend

after opening morning we only ever saw deer running in the leaves/hardwoods only time they seemed to stop was in grassy or swampy areas

which describes were all our deer were taken
I got one in the crunchy leaves as it was running from a cousin in the swamp but it was only about 10 yards into the crunchy leaves

saw a bunch of my sons friends start posting deer yesterday late morning , that snow seems to have filled a bunch of tags quieting down the woods
one guy commented more shooting Sunday morning than all week

hard to say actual shooting were I was someone down the road a piece seems to have been shooting for the purpose of hunter harassment it became obvious Saturday afternoon of opener not 5 minutes of silence without them shooting , setting off what we figure was tannerite several times , it got quite for maybe 10 minutes about 4:10 I shot a doe and next thing they are doing mag dumps

not sure it was having the desired effect at first they would do a mag dump or shoot a tannerite and then shooting would erupt from all over the swamp behind their property

was that way opening morning also some one would fire a shot then 3-5 would follow from different directions a shot apparently spooking the deer to move

by 4pm Saturday they were getting so used to the constant gun fire since around noon they didn't even seem to care any more.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Thanks for the recipe. I own a Ford truck and have been spending most of my spare time under a hood instead of sitting on stand. Lol.

When preparing your deer tracks, consider playing a few tunes on your air guitar while the tracks are cooking.

kind of hard to eat track soup when there are no deer tracks. Wolves have eaten everything for miles around my land. They are eating all the beaver also.

i don't understand some of the management of wildlife techniques being used by fish & wildlife agencies in the last few years. Too many predators and not enough prey
Opps, went off track again... I've never made deer track soup.....I'll have to try it.
