Yes, but the committee and everyone else has a hard on for Bama and it won't happen. And by that same measure a Georgia loss should drop Georgia out of the final four on strength of schedule.

Just do the math. Bama would have beaten the committes number 1 pick. depends on what happens out west. Bama will be in 2 ways . Question remains if Bama and Ga get in with a bama win. Texas loss can help and hurt Bama. SOS means nothing when trying to justify putting a SEC team IN. BUt they shout it from the roof if they use it to leave one out. Do you put a team in based on scoring 40 points per game against highschool defense. Or beating a team in the trenches. Last 5 years should be proof what happens when those explosive teams out west face an SEC team. It's a gut stomping. Look at championship last year. Michigan lost and that team gave up the most points ever!!!! in a champ game . GA put a whooping on them....

Bama will beat Ga and no SEC team will be allowed to win another national championship, it will go to Mi. the chosen yankee team. Be nice if they just put the 4 best teams out there but this is their last chance for someone else to win as from here on out they won't be able to keep SEC teams out.

I still stand by my opinion that rankings be darned, if you don't win your division, you shouldn't be in the running for a national championship. I to think abalama is gonna give georgia all they want. I'd like to see iowa put it on mich. Stir things up a little bit.

Yep, change is a coming. The big ten is adding oregon, washington, usc and ucla next year. Not sure about who's east and who's west but i think there will definitely be a power change.

The SEC is losing the east west divisions next year. Best two conference records gets to the conference championship. Won't have what we got this year with an undefeated east cupcake schedule.

My guess it'll be Bama and one of the current west schools next year.
