It seems that it is as simple as this. The Democrats have read the tea leaves, and see the writing on the wall.
They may not be able to steal enough votes in the swing States to retain power in 2024. If they run Biden they lose. If Biden dies, what do they do with VP Harris? They don't have a plausible replacement for Joe Biden who can win.
Given that, the current Democrat Senate must pack the courts to keep their fellow Democrats out of prison should they lose power.
What Little Dick Durbin just did is right out of Stalin's and Hitler's playbook on how to overthrow a government.
The fact that he has the gall to do it in plain sight, exemplifies the likelihood that their days are numbered.

I have said this in the past ..... Democrats all know the book " Mein Kampf " inside out from front to back and it must be on the required reading list for every one of them. But none of them have had so much as a glance at the constitution that they swore an oath to protect.
