I set a few sets for muskrats yesterday. Then it snowed last night.

I checked the colony traps, 2 rats and that was all. Both are large and fat.

I don't get into it like I used to. But still like skinning them out, and putting up.

Same here st. I haven't set for rats for quite a few years. This year i had a farmer with an insane amount of ground that i wanted to coyote trap. He said i could if i took some of the rats out as they are doing a lot of bank damage. I've barely touched it and have 30 some rats that resemble kit beaver. I forgot how fun it was.

We usually call those large rats, woodchuck size. Nice going.
