I put up some coyote, fox and racoon last week. They were dried but we got a bad case of humidity last night and they are wet again. Can they be saved or are they ruined?

I don't think those hides are ruined.

It depends on how long you going to keep them In the freezer. Short term freezer time go ahead and freeze them after they are fleshed. If your going to keep them long term In the freezer then I wouldn't flesh them.
Long term In the freezer with fleshed hides can get you freezer burn.

I'm trying to save the ones I already have fleshed. I won't flesh anymore until it turns cold for good.

Put a fan in the shed and get the air circulating.

The only constant in trapping is change so keep learning.

This should help. And just wipe them down with a rag.
I guess I don't understand how humidity could make them that wet again. Interesting.

Cold does not necessarily mean low humidity. Cold air hold way less water then warmer air and thus say at 40-45 degrees you may have 75% humidity and at 65 degrees the same amount of water in the air could be 40-45% humidity. Your climate or typical weather will determine how humid your area typically is. Yes when it gets real cold humidity typically lowers but then pelts don't dry well in lower temps. At least here in WI where I live.
If you have a basement area where you can put the fleshed hides that would be better. I dry in a smaller room of our basement that is about 60-65 degrees and it works very well for me.

I'm from WI and I dry all my fur In a unheated fur shed.
With day time temps In the 40s and night time temps In the 30s my rats dry In about 4 days Beaver take about 10 days at those temps.
I have been using the fan to dry my un skinned rats but haven't left It on to dry the skinned stuff.

My experience with humidity in south lousiana witch is 80 degrees and about 90 percent humidity. I didn't use fans but the furs dried problem I had was mold. If the fur isn't slipping and the don't stink I would put a fan on them.

If you catch the mold In time you can spray It with WD40 and wipe It off and that will take care of the mold. Alcohol can also be used. If caught In time the mold won't hurt the hide or the fur.
I pack my rat hides for storage In card board boxes. Sometimes they are boxed up for months. In most cases there will be some mold on the hides and like I say a little WD 40 will take care of the problem.
