Should just skip the play off's and national game and give the trophy to Michigan! Texas is the only one of the top teams on the committee's final 4 list that might could beat them.

Everyone one of these I hate Nick Saban types would gladly give their left nut if he were at their school and would back him to the hilt.

Problem is there ain't but a handful of schools in the entire country that have the credentials, and not just money either, to pull in a Saban or Bryant or Paterno or Rockne. And Bama sits atop that list with the SEC sharing in that prestige, see Georgia/Tennesee/LSU/Florida.

We may now have achieved some sort of on field parity now but there's only so many top tier coaches to go around.

I know ISU right now is probably not on anybody radar, I’m a strong ISU fan, but I do believe coach Campbell is building something here and I do believe that they can defeat most anyone when they are together, the gambling problem of some of the players showed that, I don’t want a Nick Saban I think we have a coach here now that is growing our program and I do believe we will be a national contender at some point.
