I’ve been that guy recently, I wonder if a silenced 22 leaning in the deer blind is legal during muzzleloader season I don't think so. i used my 1 Tag once on a headshot - I was so annoyed. it was worth it.

I hunted with an older friend for many years. Mostly bow hunting He told me once that he would rather run an arrow through a blowing does lungs than shoot a nice buck. On more than one occasion he brought a doe back to camp because she was blowing and set him off

A coyote that hangs up and howls out of range is almost as bad. Almost. This. Particularly when everything is right and he should not know you’re there. Osky

Old Canada guide told me once " when a deer blows at you - then blow back " I've tried this a few times and it works !
The suspecting deer , then just thinks your another deer ..and let's you go .. I suppose if she smelled you , it could be a different story .. Try it sometime , it seems to calm them down a bit ...:-) Ok, now I want to try this!
