call your warden report it , give what info you can , at least then they know they have an issue.

I was lucky enough to have the same warden that came to the trappers ED , I am fairly certain my trap was tossed in deep water after releasing my catch , I found the stakes in shallow water.

I like your idea high camera


America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

One of my traps was deliberately tripped by bird hunters last check. It was not deep enough in the scrub, I thought it would be ok during the week days, wrong. I pulled the trap. I try to set where people are least likely to come across it.

Not sure a cell cam is legal in Colorado, check on that before setting one but regular trail cams are legal I believe.
Definitely call the GW.
Keep at it though.

Well the perp didn’t return but the following night another cat returned and this time I got her!
It’s only about a 20lb female but I’m counting this set a win, even with the first one being jacked.
Should I pull that set or keep it in there?
