Reaperman OP trapper R Joined: Feb 2015 Mn	We all know it happens, a deer accidently steps on a foot-hold trap. This time I was able to witness it on video. The good thing is the ordeal appears to scare the deer way more than actually inflict any pain. https://youtu.be/DkZ1KIs0mdw

Wanna Be trapper W Joined: May 2018 SW Georgia	I could set 20 traps tomorrow and first check would have 7-10 spring by deer. I swear they make a game of it. I can get by using urine IF I use bobcat. Sometimes I can get away with coyote, but Fox is definitely a NO. Bait only sets are the least messed with. Baited and lured and plain lured are the next least. Anything with urine is close to 60/40.

Wanna Be trapper W Joined: May 2018 SW Georgia	I’ve actually had half a catch circle from a deer before. Wasn’t caught long but left a few marks struggling to get out. Think Swamp mentioned he’d caught one in a #5 set for beavers before. It could’ve been someone else, so don’t quote me. I’m glad they pop out, don’t think I want to try and release one by myself.
