I just recently bought one. I like it but not sure Pete shares my sentiment. Once you get the house set so she don't get stuck and learn to clean the brushes regular they do a pretty good job. Ours runs everyday for about 1 1/2 hours.

Haha! Ours went dead for a day and I thought my wife was going to have to take a cruise to get over it, lol. I unplugged it for an hour or so and plugged it back up and she hit the button and it’s back to working. She has already threatened to go ahead and get another just to keep it on standby if this one ever does bite the dust. We have a youngun still at the house, a granddaughter, and 3 inside dogs…that thing runs 2-3 times a day and is worth its weight in gold! If its like ours you can buy all the parts on Amazon or Ebay to fix it, cheap, and it's easily done. BUT she would have to wait for the parts to arrive, lol. I replaced the battery in ours too once, vacuums 3 times longer now. It was getting to where it didn't stay charged after about 4 years of running everyday.

My daughter and son-in-law’s German Shorthair Puppy parked a steamer right in front of Rosie’s path- before my daughter could say noooooo, it didn’t sense it and plowed right over it. About 2 hrs to clean out all those little gears with a toothpick.
A coworker has a psychotic German Shepard who stays in the house. That dog took a crap somewhere on the carpet and the roomba took his pile of crap for a ride all over the house.
