Yes, New York Post wrote it but then MSN re-posted it, like they're endorsing it. It's not like them to allow anything bad to be said about their man. That tells me someone in power is telling MSN to do start doing hits on Joe Biden. Like maybe they're wanting him out of the picture for the next election cycle.
