P.S. you can plead the 5th whether indicted or not. BC, It is my understanding that a special consul must come ftom outside of gov. To wit: " In addition, Department of Justice regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 600 (2003) provide that Special Counsels shall be selected from outside the government." Yet AG Garland selected Federal employee David Weiss as special.consul in the Hunter Biden case , the same David Weiss who.worked out a sweetheart deal.for Hunter that was rejected by a Federal judge, and who exchanged emails with Hunter that show a rather familiar relationship. Your thoughts?
