This was another oddity I got today from the online auction. It came with some long hay hooks I wanted.

It's some sort of grapple. It actually looks like it would make a good catch pole. It looks like it would work for a coyote on down. It's 4' long and very quickly adjustable. It's entirely metal and fairly heavy.

Does anyone know anything about it or have any guesses what it was used for?
