Trapset trapper T Joined: Jan 2009 Nebraska	Bleed them, put on ice right away and they are one of my favorite fish to eat anyway you cook/smoke them, maybe my favorite. Put them on a stringer and drag them through warm surface water for half a day and they drop to near last. www.rtssetter.com
