I met Dan Lynch in the past when he worked for the PA Game Commission. He is a good man to be a trappers spokes person.

Dan did an excellent job of prosecuting a trespassing dog-walker and trap thief that I encountered on the line some years ago. Dan was a Deputy Game Warden at that time. The trap thief was a real wing-ding. He insinuated violence towards me, the judge and the wardens and kept requesting continuance after continuance.

We finally had our day in court, I had to drive back to PA from an out-of-state job to be there. The judge let him off easy. The one count he was convicted of made him guilty of the others but...

Dan was definitely a friend to trappers during his days as a deputy warden.

I'm assuming he is no longer with the PGC but I don't know one way or the other.
