Dirty 30 of course! Actually, I don't own a lever gun.
I have nothing clever to put here.

I’ve got a 25-20 I’ve hunted with but the last boxes of cartridges I found were $75.

Yes and its in 30-30 mine is 1948 vintage But I did add a peep sight to it. The one I'm looking to buy is a 1950 in .32 Special with a Redfield peep on it. I think I'll put a Lyman on it. I want something a little lighter to lug around in the woods. Can't believe the way the prices on these things have escalated. Yes, gcs, a 336 is close enough. I had one in .30-30 and .35 Remington years ago. Should have kept them.

32 spcl. Bought it in '61 or '62,.. proceeds from the paper route. I almost forgot about about that hooded front sight. It came off the first season, dragging it through the brush, and saw no need to replace it.

Love it. 1965 in 30-30. My favourite gun for a late morning walk during season. Also great for bear. Every bear I’ve shot has gotten a “double tap”. So fun, fast and accurate to shoot fast…..and I don’t like tracking wounded bear.

First gun my dad bought me was a .357 mag model 94 trapper. Killed many many a hog with it. Gave it to my boy when he started running hogs with dogs; he's kilt a mess with it as well. Also have a 30-30 trapper, but it kicks like a dang mule.

Painted the brass front sight white otherwise stock.
