My beaded dirt wax is now a block again I had it stored in a shed with no trapping stinky stuff in it. Sat in there 2 years with the sun beating on the shed it looks like. Had a pail about a third full and almost a full 45# box of it. I did manage to scrape some beaded stuff off of the of the big block maybe 1/2 a pail.
I’ll need to make something up to scrap the solid wax off the blocks or I’m ahead on trap wax for a while. I have a Hobart grinder but I do skunk pods in it so that’s out I might try a fleshing tool Mark Steck sent me I’ll just scrape flakes off a little at a time.
I should be good for this year I just wanted an extra pail if the weather turns nasty. I might just order a 10# bag from MTP and deal with the mess next summer or in the spring when it’s still cool.

Buy a cheap cheese grater maybe. I wonder if you would melt it and slowly pour it into a bucket of water, what would happen?

I could crush the blocks with my log splitter but it might be hard to keep the wax clean if the bag/ box rips.

Might try a go with the circle saw I’d use it like a stump grinder works I have a big bell I could do that in with room to work with. Thinking multiple blades if they fit.

Boco would frost scrape it. I’m no Boco I’d have no clue how to run Canada.

The problem I’m running into with the bigger pieces of wax is that it pools into the dirt and cools before it covers the surrounding dirt enough then pancakes. I pulled it to the top and put it over some dry dirt hoping it trickles down. Too much wax in one place and the chunks were not that big really.
I’ll try a few things to see if I can balance it out by moving it around in the dry dirt if that’s a no go I’ll try adding more dry dirt and see how it goes to get it balanced better.

Crush the pieces into smaller pieces then run them through the salad shooter now to locate a salad shooter.
