Our season ends the 1st of January. All we have in my parts for big game are whitetail deer. Looking for numbers on your season. Bear, elk, caribou, etc... I have harvested five whitetails so far.

Just 2 deer this year.
That should put jbyrd into a TT. ( temper tantrums.lol).

Shot one deer, neighbor had a cow go down and my freezers are packed.

12 white tails, two moose.

One whitetail, that is all we are allowed here.

2 nice Doe so far.

Shot 265# LW buck and have 95LB be boned meat. Need to kill couple doe but family don't need the meat. Dont know what family's without many kids do with all there meat.

95# of meat would last me 3 months (maybe).

I end up feeding more than just my immediate family. That was a lot of meat from one deer! Nice.

2 whitetail bucks (don't shoot does/fawns, don't care if others do)

2 whitetail bucks (1 bow, 1 rifle) and 2 whitetail does ( 1 rifle, 1 muzzleloader)

When I started hunting round here in my 20's (the mid/late 90's) we could only kill one buck. Then they started having a lottery for doe tags. Now deer are coming out of our ears. Course I will be 50 next year. lol Largest number of deer in one year I think was 11. Don't remember what year but averaged round 12 dollars on coon on the carcass. Course buyer at the time could not keep up with coon meat demand from the city. He took mine fresh almost daily.

Deer and hogs are all we have down here. Not that hogs would be considered big game, lol. I’ll just say I’ve killed one buck and truck loads of does and hogs. All this is private property so we have “quotas” to meet.

I gave all the deer away, except two. Gifted one moose, kept the other.
Lots of deer here, doe licenses are cheap. ( $6.97 or $10.97 each ). Killed one buck, 11 does.

1 whitetail buck and 1 sitka blacktail buck this year. Still have lots of bear from last year and a few remnants of moose 3 years ago.

I would consider the pigs big game. We must a few escapees floating around here still as the mdnr have it on a survey.

I shot 2 deer, I have 4 cut up some in the freezer some in the dehydrator , more headed for the dehydrator

We have deer, bear, and spring turkey. European Wild Boar used to be considered big game, but now a nuisance hunted year around. We had a cluster of European stock in a few mountain locations but they have interbred with feral stock now.

My daughter has corrected me and said the best average I have done on coons was $9.90 in a season. She said that is "your words dad". So I guess I was reflecting on a week or few days not season. lol An average is a average right!
