I am in the market for a rechargeable spotlight that has a high output as my old one has given up the ghost and they don't make those anymore. What I want is high output and reasonable batterie life on one charge. I use it to spot navigation markers when i am delivering boats and general purpose around the homestead. I have one that plugs into a 12volt outlet , but not every boat has one of those in the cockpit. And around the homestead that is not an option either. Soooo what do you use and are happy with ???

I use one that's very similar to this. I believe it IS a K light, just an older version of it. Super bright, and if you just use it occasionally around the homestead I only have to charge it like once every 6 months. https://www.dusupply.com/k-light-the-firefly-caplight.html

I see they also make 2 spotlights but I can't speak on those. https://www.dusupply.com/dog-supplies/lights/k-light.html

While they arent waterproof, my Ryobi 1 spotlight is as bright as anything Ive ever seen. In sure every tool brand is about the same and you can have extra batteries along.

How far are you looking to light up the night? I have a varmint light that mounts on my rifle scope. It's good for at least a couple hundred yards. Rechargeable and the batteries last at least a couple hours and seem to hold a charge forever.

check out whatever your cordless tool brand of choice has to offer -- I love my dewalt -- pretty decent beam out to 250 or so.

What? Q-Beam isn't in business anymore? Man, I whacked a lot of coons with a good spotlight back in the day.

Apparently, the YIERBLUE brand is the preferred rechargable these days.

Stream lights are very dependable. About any size and configuration you could ask for.

I have a Streamlight Waypoint model. Light weight, lithium battery and holds a charge for a long time.
I have had good luck with several Streamlight products.

I have had a Streamlight stinger for years. Still works like the day I bought it.

Bauer brand from Harbor Freight is a very dependable rechargable spot light. High and Low settings, and you can carry spare Battery's with you.
