Up since 4 am son up 6:30 so I made bb pancakes. Oddly after the carnivore diet strict for 6-8 weeks i dont really gain weight now.

How many pounds could you possibly gain from a breakfast of blueberry pancakes? Not counting the *gag* maple syrup?

I am eating a few carbs tomorrow. Black-eyed peas and cabbage. Cooking it in the crockpot with ham and chicken stock.

Blueberry pancakes are great, but I only slather them with butter. Never use syrup. Blueberries are loaded with nutrition and heart healthy.
