Cleaned the old S&W 422 it’s been 1 heck of a shooter over the years only issue I’ve ever had with it was some old Xpert ammo that went weak on me. Truck gun/ line gun it’s got a lot of miles on it but keeps on running. Had the 6 inch one first then went to the 4 inch to carry on my belt easier. [Linked Image]

Nice looking rig.
I figured you downsized to the 4 inch version because it fit better in your mini trucks. grin

I just tell everyone I cut my mark 2 rugar down to 4.25" from 6 when I had it threaded so all ammo would stay subsonic. Never wanted to admit it's becuse I'm short.

This is my version. It’s killed more coyotes than parvo. Thought about trading it once and the guy offered me $90.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Those 422/622/2213's were great little 22's. I love the fact that the only tool needed to disassemble is an empty 22 shell. Brilliant!

I have nothing clever to put here.

Yes all I could find was a 17 HMR empty but it worked just a little tight the other option was to go out and pop a round to get the case.

Looks great.

I have a Ceiner .22lr conversion on a Springfield Armory 1911 .45 ACP. I bought it as a "cheap ammo" trainer, but liked it so much it pretty much stays on all the time, and walks with me often.

I have the 1/3 size Browning 1911. It’s a 380. Don’t go to town without it.

I have a 422 and a 622, I used the 622 when I trapped coon. Very light and very accurate, easy to carry.

Had to use my pistol the other day. Driving to my daughters for our Christmas feast. Hit my first deer. came out from behind a cedar. I hit the brakes and thought I would miss it. It slipped on the wet pavement and I ran over its back legs breaking them. rump hit the headlight and broke it. No other damage to the vehicle. It was crawling off on its front legs. i did not have time to wait for a deputy to tag it. Drove by the other day and coyotes had dragged it about 50 yards. 4 bald eagles were cleaning up the little that was left.

I dont know why anyone doesn't keep a gun handy. Its like a pocket knife. Just a good tool to have close to hand.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
