My wife and I are having a wild game dinner this weekend. We invite a bunch of people who hunt, trap, fish and forage to bring a dish to share. I’m looking for a good chili recipe with a little kick to it. If you have a recipe and are willing to share that would be great.

The Devil made me do it the first time. The second time I done it on my own.

beaver chili is great I just do a regular chili and cube the beaver meat, I brown the meat first in bacon grease, season well, put one large, sweet onion, [chop fine] a couple tables spoon of crush garlic, brown this all together, then put in crockpot, add bean and tomatoes paste, crush tomatoes if you like, season with chili peppers and powder.to taste. I like a thick chili, so I put equal parts, meat and [beans ,tomatoes], half meat half the rest of the stuff, sorry but I don't really have written down recipe. I do most thing to taste.
