It's been a rough go this week with more dry weather. Only scratched out one beaver and a gang of muskrat. Got to break in my new post skinner though. This knife is awesome!

I like my post knives too. Ron makes some nice knives for trappers.
He's also the only knife maker I've seen put out a video for touching up his two handled fleshers.

Caught a couple red fox and a 50# beaver this morning.

I got to make me one of those tables you have newfox ..off-season project for sure.....so I went to set a swamp an guy was already in there so I left it be no big deal only thing is his sets are all illegal setting right on the house noticed he didn't take his safeties off either haha but anyway would you guys call it in or let it be ...I hate to see the guy get fined but man hard to see that

Been working in the shop I'm no hammer like some of you guys but if I can get 20 beaver ready for pickup date next weekend I'll be happy with that try to take a few pics while I'm out there to post

Had 18 in 3 days and hit the 100 mark yesterday.Tight chains trappers a lot of awesome pics.

Nah, I let them dry on an old cage trap and it leaves those marks where it was laying on the wire. Thankfully they go away when it dries.

I'm amazed at how Gerry gets them to pose like that NF! Lol

I couldn’t imagine 18 in 3 days and 100 total. My hands hurt from the one I did yesterday and thinking about the one I have to do today……and I’m just green skinning!
