Yep, the Dexter Lake Club from Animal House, they just don’t make movies like they used too.

One of my frat buddies was in the movie. He was in the front row of the ROTC drill team in the parade were they threw the marbles out to knock them over. During the actual take a stuntman next to him kicked him in the head and knocked him cold. As he was coming to he heard the director shouting: "That's a take... hey buddy, you OK?"

I had dinner one night with a couple , the guy managed the hotel that a lot of the cast stayed at. I guess they partied and thrashed the place before they left. The movie had a lot of extra cost from them guys. Still great comedy. I also had a couple bosses at one place I worked, the movie was basically about their fraternity. The head boss always ended up naked water skiing at the summer picknicks. They were a crazy bunch. One of them had a pretty serious drinking problem when I worked for them. All the dumpsters in the movie where from that company I worked at.

"Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son."

Yes. I last watched "Animal House" just a few months ago. It continues to stay great.
