It is time for the 8th Annual Trapperman beavertail challenge!

The rules are easy. Post a picture of the widest beavertail on a beaver you have caught. We'll close entries on 4/1/24.

Multiple entries allowed

Any size, post em up! 1 additional winner will be picked randomly in addition to the 1st place winner.

Tail must be on the beaver! A picture of the tail, with a tape measure across it, along with a picture of you and the beaver will do. Please make sure the measurement picture is clear, and accurate. Tail only submissions won’t count.

Open water beaver trappers get excluded again, how about May 1 2024 closing

Why? I love a beaver with big tail no matter the season! I use it like a handle. But May 1 does seem a good cutoff
