Just Google "is creative stamp shop a scam". There's good information on a reddit source. Yes, it is a scam.
It would be the same as the US Treasury selling 20 dollar bills for $12.99.

I see that stuff on FB I just skip over it like said to good to be true. I see what looks like small guns being offered now and then the fact checkers must be resting up for November.

In almost all cases, if it sounds too good to be true, it isn't true.

The only postage that is legal is what you buy from the USPS any online is not got that from the local USPS postmaster.

Been about a year now but my girlfriend bought a couple rolls then from the same (or similar) deal. They were half price. The stamps showed up and I've been using them since.

So you're the guy who's responsible for that fake "20" that got passed-off to me.

They check the stamps here they can tell if they were bought online and will not send them on till the changed out for legal postage so if you are getting away with so be it you are lucky

If you look closely at most of those stamps the word FOREVER is crossed out on the stamp as is the value of the stamp in some cases.

If you need any more indication here is one I pulled off that site. Look how FLOWER and FOREVER are spelled !





I also checked out their street address and determined it is a Vietnamese pharmacy in California

I thought it might be a scam so I tried to buy some.
When I hit pay it came right back from My credit card company
Payment Declined !

Buy your stamps at the Post Office !

Sounds a bit hinky to me, I go by the old adage, if it’s too good to be true….. it probably is!

Why would the government sell their product below it's marked up value?
They want more of our money , as much as they can get.
There was a story about these stamps awhile ago, where the post office , could tell if someone was using these stamps, and returned to sender, postage due.
I don't trust anything that is too good to be true.

Notice there's usually only an e mail address for contact information , seldom a phone number and if there is , try calling it.

White17 - if you go to the official post office web site and look at the stamps they are selling - FOREVER and the stamp value are closed out. This is a fraud prevention feature. So it is not a red flag.

The spelling however - a dead give away.

From what I have heard you get stamps from some of the discount stamp places, and you can mail a letter with them. But the post office doesn't get paid. I heard it is a China scam.

You can also find online sellers of gold bullion for substantially less than the market price of gold. For the life of me, I can't figure out how anyone could fall for that scam. Of course it's fake.

There are legitimate companies that sell real postage stamps for less than face value. Perfectly legal. Not saying the company Paul is asking about is legal. Just saying there are legal business that sell stamps for less than face value.

The stamps they sell come from bankrupt or defunct businesses. A person or a company goes to the defunct business and buys all their assets for Pennie’s on the dollar. They then resell said assets and make a profit. New unused postage stamps are part of the assets. 100% legit.

Does anyone else remember when some mail order companies allowed you to pay with either cash or stamps? Usually it was companies who advertised in those little box adds in the back of magazines.

I ordered some xray glasses from an ad in a superman comic. Never showed up. I ordered a device to "throw my voice" also from a comic book. it showed up. Made a good loud whistle. Never did figure out how to "throw my voice" though.

I ordered some "Sea Monkey's" once! Still waiting, since 1964.

I got mine when I ordered in 1959. They didn't do very well. I fed them to our cat.
