Love sea food as long as it is not farmed

Shrimp has to be Gulf
Salmon west coast, Alaska river fish
Crab Dungenees
Mussels Green from New Zealand
Squid CA

Oysters are farmed but still good

Me too. I had about a dozen of them raw when I was shucking them. I was gifted a bushel of them. I gave some away and still have more to do tomorrow. I'll shuck them and freeze.

Only with tequila.

In or out of the shell,in butter, cooked medium to medium well
Got to eat that blackened butter also

Breaded are good too, when done right. Got to get the little ones

White king salmon, grilled. When I was cutting it the blade of my knife looked like it had butter on it. Very fat fish.

The last time I had tequila, my grandma fell and broke her hip the day after and I took it as a bad omen. No more tequila!!!!

The little ones are sweeter. Less of the gut sac also.

We have a local oyster farm and they produce some tasty oysters. Salty Lady is the outfits name.
