Been fighting froze water since moved here. Worst part have found is the waterlines he put in are all schedule 10. Didn't even know they made it that light.

I replaced all the water lines in my house with pex. Had one break under the kitchen. Wasnt froze. Summertime. Not much crawl space. Its still under there. I used a pvc pipe and tied the pex to the end. Took out the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and pushed the pex to it. Bath tub theres a panel to reach the plumbing. took the bottom out of the bathroom vanity. Son and me did the whole house in a day. Red for hot blue for cold. Put shut off valves on everything. No issues since.

Stay warm gents. Layers, bourbon and a good woman will keep you from freezing in this cold snap, I've tested it. It works

Ah man, you could rent a trencher and lay down some pex when you get a free weekend. We go about 30' inches deep here, but yours would surely be much less. Did a 1/4 mile just off the driveway for a friend last summer. Easy job.

It's getting ugly cold out there and I done woke up with some sort of creeping crud in my chest. Hacking and sniffling here. Frigging sucks but I got to get out in it. Y'all stay safe, hydrated and up to snuff on your vitamin C.
Probably swing by the liquor store while I'm out for a bottle of cure, drambuie. That hot tea, lemon, and honey should have me not feeling it by morning, lol. Please put on a mask before you type pleaseeeeeeeee…… I need a test Testing Testing Testing Yep it works
