Are these traps any good? Thinking of getting some new longsprings for cat trapping that fit my states regulations. Any other recommendations that fall within a inside jaw spread of 6 1/4 inches?

Are they rough on cats? Wanting to add some longsprings for when conditions get nasty.

I like Bridger 4's been using them a long time. I will say after the first season I used them, I chose to outside laminate the jaws.

Okay, I'll keep that in mind if I decide to get a few. I have to use offsets here in Arkansas, have any experience with those?

They are similar to my SCs #3s but since nobody has any in stock I cannot readily find their jaw spread. Mine have offset jaws and OS laminations- they are very easy on a foot but one coon can make a mess in the same trap.

All of mine are regular jaw. Bought them before offset jaws were an option for that trap. So I'm not much help there.
