It's hard to believe what people pay for a vintage or rare car or truck... saw an older Porche go for over 20 million on this past weekend's show.

That tall cowboy Matt that works for Mecum rides with me every Friday to work a sale in DesMoines. His whole family is in the auction business. I’ve been buying cars at auction for over 20 years and remember when he was just a pup. They had the world auctioneer contest in DesMoines last year and he won it. It was awesome! Real proud and happy for him. Pics from the contest, and one on way home from DesMoines with trophy buckled up in back and Matt all tuckered out. Lol

That is cool. Eli Detweiler is my granddaughter's step dad.
