Canada's healthcare system often can't treat Canadian patients before they succumb to easily treatable illnesses. There's a multitude of videos online instructing Canadians how to act to try to get treated before they suffer greatly or die. It's cheaper for the liberal Canadian government to kill off the no longer useful Canadians and import replacements.
