When illegals cross the border they don't need I.D. They just give a name birthday and place of birth. A picture is taken and they are given a DHS I.D. This I.D. allows them to board planes for domestic flights.

I think a DHS ID is considered an ID. But I though a Military ID a ID? Not in ND when you are trying to get a drivers license. But a library card is a good form of ID to get a drivers license. .
