I have had this pair of racks for many years. Not exactly sure what they were used for, but have kept them for a purpose. I dug them out of some blackberry bushes this morning to get a photo.

The slots are about 20" wide and are just high enough to easily slide 2 > 2" x 10" 's thru them.

It is a pair, it appears that they can be floor or ceiling mounted. There are two bolt holes in the T bases. They are made of 1" aluminum Tubing.

They look like they were designed to work together to hold aluminum trays of baked goods. Having the tops open, would make it easy to slide trays in and out

My buddy has a similar setup in his metal fab shop to itemize small diameter steel flat stock and pipe.

I'm not sure what their original use was, but they would work great for me for hanging sausage on before loading it in the smokehouse.

It’s to hang the results of pig castrations on until you get enough to make sausage balls

I've seen similar set-ups at fishing camps for displaying the catch of the day.
