Tub won't drain after trying all the stupid stuff. Call the plumber, type? Or more of a, hold my beer, I got this, type? I reckon, I just need a beer holder.

Minimum three trips to the hardware store. Try it when there isn't a hardware store ~!! The thing that makes it tough is that there are so many different materials with different diameters and wall thicknesses. Finding the parts you need that will connect to other parts made of dissimilar materials makes it harder than it needs t be. There should be some standardization

the only thing I know about plumbing is you BEST not start a job; unless you can GUARANTEE it will be finished before the hardware store closes. Or have a 2nd bathroom. I need to finish the upstairs bathroom work so I can rip the down stairs apart.

I started to put new faucets in the bathroom yesterday, I turn the water off under the sink, and both shutoff valves started dripping,so i called my son (who is a plummer) and 1 hour later the job was done. Wife thinks I did a heck of a job!!

Minimum three trips to the hardware store. I used to do this. Now I just buy way more stuff than I need and either return what I didn't need or save it for later projects. Better than all the trips to town

Better than all the trips to town I did it for a living for a few years. I worked for an oil company and all of our vans were stocked with an abundance of just about every fitting made. BI or copper. Very frustrating to go from that to the multiple trips. Our hardware stores are a lot more expensive than plumbing supply houses. They stick it to you.

Hots on the left, colds on the right, and you know don’t run uphill. Poop flows down hill, don't lick your fingers and Friday is payday.
I have nothing clever to put here.
