The suspect is in jail but wont reveal the location of her body. He has been in prison multiple times and twice for Indecency with a child and Enticing a child. I just read the affidavits for both of those convictions. How he was ever allowed into the Aryan Brotherhood sect prison gang is beyond me. They typically dont go for that crap. Now he is in jail facing a Capital Murder charge and I suppose time will tell if he put her in the Trinity River. Right now, water and ambient air temps it takes about 3 weeks for a body to float. They have every Sonar equipped boat and tons of volunteers on hand dragging the river and conducting land searches. All the while this reprobate sits in our jail just playing games. We need to find her body. I am not foolish enough to remotely believe she is still alive, in 34 years of investigating these things, I know the odds of her being alive somewhere. Just came across the news. That precious child has been found dead. Not many facts are being given but the indication is she was found in the river.

When a predator kidnaps a child, I believe it should be legal to torture them to get the whereabouts of the child from them. There's been a fair number of cases where the kidnapper is arrested and the child, who is living at the time of the arrest, dies before being found, because the predator won't cooperate.
